Terms of Service

Please read these terms before you register, sign in, buy or use Wilco. Continuing to use the service means you have read and accepted them.

Effective 18 September 2026, updated 10 October 2026 Applies to wilco.run

1. The service

Wilco ("the service", "we") sells developers a seat: one account with one weekly usage pool for AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) and xAI (Grok). You use it from the terminal through the Wilco agent (wilco), which we build on the open-source pi agent, and through launchers that start Claude Code, Codex and Grok Build (wilco-claude, wilco-codex, grok): the installer sets up Claude Code and connects Codex and Grok Build if they are already installed. The service also covers sign-in, device authorization, usage and subscription management, install tooling and customer support. The console and site live at wilco.run.

The models are provided by third-party model providers and reached through infrastructure we operate. Wilco is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI. Which models are offered, how they behave and how much they can serve depend on those providers; their policy changes, risk controls, outages, interface changes and force majeure may affect the service and are not on their own a breach of these terms by us. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available.

Use the service from the clients we support: the Wilco agent, the launchers above, and OpenAI-compatible tools through the local wilcod endpoint. Without our written permission you may not resell, re-package, share with unauthorized third parties or bulk-distribute your seat, device credentials, API access or allowance, nor connect them to benchmarking and load-testing platforms or anything built to work around these limits.

2. Accounts and security

  • Register with a real email address you can receive notices at, and keep your password, sessions, access keys and device credentials safe.
  • Invitation and referral links and promotional codes, where offered, work as stated on the registration and checkout pages; the system checks their validity and limits.
  • Invite bonus: when the first payment of someone you invited has been completed for 7 days with no refund requested, we add a one-time bonus of 5% of that payment to your Wilco balance. Each invited person counts once. Bonuses are not paid for self-referrals, internal or test accounts, or payments that are refunded or under a refund request, and we may withhold or reverse a bonus obtained through abuse. Bonus balance has no cash value and can only be used on Wilco.
  • Device, session and related information from web sign-in, CLI authorization, install scripts and referral links is used for account security, permission checks, usage attribution and support.
  • If your account is compromised, a device looks wrong, or credentials leak, change your password (under Settings, or with Forgot password on the sign-in page), use Sign out everywhere, remove the device in the console and contact support from the email on your account right away so we can reset your keys.
  • For security, anti-abuse, billing anomalies, violations or abuse of upstream resources, we may suspend, restrict or close accounts, revoke plans or keys, and where necessary block the IPs or devices involved.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse-engineer the service, replay captured traffic, run automated abuse, register accounts in bulk, or circumvent device, domain, client, plan or organization limits.
  • Do not use the service to produce, distribute, store or process content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing, hateful, sexual, gambling-related, or otherwise in breach of applicable law or of the usage policies of the model providers.
  • Do not scrape at high frequency, run malicious load tests, deliberately drain allowance, attack the service or third-party infrastructure, or intentionally trip the model providers' safety, rate-limit or abuse systems.
  • Do not split and resell your allowance, share accounts publicly, publish keys to public repositories or groups, or present the service as an official product of, or authorized by, Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.
  • If a ban, restriction, suspension, escalating loss or third-party claim follows from your breach of these terms, abuse of the interface, resale, unauthorized calls or your own misconfiguration, that is on you and we are not liable for the resulting damages.

4. Plans, billing and delivery

Each plan is a seat with a weekly usage pool shared by every model and client on the seat. Plan names, prices, term, allowance and model scope are as shown on the pricing page, at checkout and in the console, and in anything we confirm to you in writing. The console's figures are authoritative.

Term and allowance

  • 30 days, no automatic renewal. A plan runs 30 days from activation and then ends by itself. You are not charged again unless you buy a renewal. When a plan ends, requests stop; your account and settings are kept.
  • Weekly pool. The pool resets 7 days after it opens and unused allowance does not roll over. Usage is also capped at one weekly pool for every 7 days (about 4.3 per 30 days), which is the monthly figure on the pricing page. When the pool or that cap is used up, requests pause until the next reset; the console shows the reset time.
  • Prompt counts are estimates. Prompt numbers on the pricing page are estimates at a median prompt size. Larger contexts, more expensive models and long unattended runs use more of the pool. We meter in our own units, which are not any provider's list price.

Payment

  • Currency and methods. Prices are in US dollars and charged at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement shows ZEYLANE* WILCO.
  • Activation. Access starts once payment is confirmed; as a digital service, delivery begins the moment the plan is activated.
  • Upgrades. An upgrade is a difference, charged within the term: the new tier's full price minus the remaining value of the old one. The new tier starts that day with a full term and a full weekly allowance. The remaining value of the old tier counts its remaining days, except that the current week counts only the part of its allowance not yet used; where that value exceeds the new tier's price, the excess is added to the new tier as extra days rather than refunded. Unused weekly allowance is not refunded in cash. The checkout page and the server-side calculation are authoritative.
  • Binding. A plan is bound to the account that bought it. Except where we explicitly support it, plans cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Receipts. Ask support for a receipt or invoice for any order and we will issue it against the actual order; you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

5. Orders and refunds

Wilco is a digital service: allowance is spent with the model providers as you use it, and a plan begins performing the moment it is activated.

  • First-purchase guarantee. On your first plan purchase, if you ask support within 7 days of the start and you have used less than 20% of your first week's pool, we refund the full amount you paid. This applies once per account.
  • Other refund requests. Otherwise, where we agree a refund, it covers the unused days of the term in proportion to the price, minus the value of the allowance already used. Allowance already used cannot be returned.
  • Outages on our side. If Wilco is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row for reasons on our side, you can choose extra days on your plan or a refund in proportion to the time lost.
  • Consumers in the EU or the UK. You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days by telling support. Because you ask for your plan to start as soon as you pay, a withdrawal is refunded minus an amount in proportion to what was provided before you withdrew (the larger of the share of the term that has passed and the share of the plan's allowance, its 30-day cap, that has been used), and the right to withdraw ends once the plan has been fully provided.
  • If you have a question about an order, a receipt or your experience, contact support from the email address your plan is on and we will check it with you.
  • Unavailability or loss caused by misuse, abuse, resale, unauthorized calls, or your own network, device or client configuration is not refundable.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method at the amount actually paid, including any discount; your bank may take several business days to show them.
  • Where mandatory law provides otherwise, that law applies.

Where a promotion, code or specific arrangement says something different from this section, the order page and what we confirmed with you take precedence.

6. Data, privacy and confidentiality

To authenticate, schedule, bill, control risk, diagnose faults and support you, we process, within what is necessary, account, device, sign-in, order, subscription, usage metadata, technical logs and support correspondence.

  • The records you see in the console are metadata: status, model, duration, allowance consumed, device and errors.
  • We forward requests and authenticate accounts for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your source code, prompts, conversations or generated content for model training, marketing profiles, or any content analysis unrelated to running this service. Requests are processed by the model providers under their own data policies.
  • To keep the service stable and to investigate incidents, the system may retain necessary technical and diagnostic logs under access control, for no longer than serving those purposes requires, unless law requires otherwise.
  • Both sides keep confidential the non-public information, pricing, account resources, architecture details and business data learned through the service.
  • Necessary third parties (payment, email, hosting, object storage) process information only as far as their function requires. We do not sell your personal information.

Detailed personal-information handling is set out in the privacy notice. Redact anything sensitive before you attach it to a support email.

7. Changes, interruptions and disclaimers

  • We may adjust plans, features, prices, rules or entry points for product, security, compliance, cost, upstream-policy or technical reasons, and will tell you through the site, the console, support or another reasonable channel. Effects on already-purchased, unexpired entitlements are handled according to what was published in advance and on reasonable principles; if you disagree, talk to us.
  • For interruptions, latency, sign-in failures, risk-control actions or losses caused by model providers, payment providers, networks and cloud providers, email providers, browsers or operating systems, force majeure, or your own network and environment, we will make reasonable efforts to help you recover but are not liable for indirect loss, lost expected profit or business interruption.
  • To the extent the law allows, our warranty is limited to providing the service as-is, with reasonable effort. Promotional statements not made in these terms or on the checkout page, including third-party reviews and word of mouth, are not an offer.
  • We may update and interpret these terms. An updated version takes effect when published; continuing to register, sign in, buy or use the service means you accept it. We will try to give advance notice of materially adverse changes.

8. Breach

If you breach these terms or applicable law, we may take one or more of the following measures without prior consent, unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

  • warn you, restrict features, or reduce quota and concurrency;
  • suspend or terminate part or all of the service;
  • revoke plans, invalidate keys, and ban the account and related IPs;
  • decline to continue serving you, and reserve the right to pursue liability and damages;
  • report to the competent authorities and cooperate with their investigation.
